Project inquiries
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company name, service interest, and project message. When email delivery is enabled, these details are sent through Resend to Vantela’s configured inbox so the agency can respond.
In preview mode, creating a project brief downloads a text file on your device. Your form details are not submitted to the website server or sent to Vantela. The form does not save details in browser storage.
Website services
The website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information such as your device, browser, and pages visited. The inquiry form contents are not sent to Google Analytics by this website.
The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to serve and protect the website. A short-lived in-memory request counter is used for inquiry abuse prevention when email delivery is enabled.
When the blog is connected to Sanity, published article content and image assets may be served through Sanity. Editor login and draft preview use essential session cookies; ordinary public browsing does not require an editor account.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry details are used to discuss your project. They are shared with the configured email delivery provider and inbox provider for that purpose. Do not include passwords or confidential credentials in a project message.
This website does not keep a separate database of inquiries. Messages delivered to the agency inbox remain subject to that inbox’s retention settings. The agency should finalize its contact identity and retention policy before a public launch.

Use the contact details on the contact page to ask about an inquiry or request a correction or deletion of information you provided. If email is not yet connected in this preview, a downloaded brief remains on your own device.
